WATCH THE VIDEO HERE The Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodimma, has declared that Nigeria is making significant strides economically, socially, and politically under the Renewed Hope administration of President Bola Tinubu. Uzodimma who is also the Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum (PGF), stated this at the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Summit held in Abuja. The governor highlighted the positive direction of the country’s development, emphasizing the PGF’s satisfaction with the President’s performance at the midterm mark of his administration. He said: “The Summit was a time for reflection and affirmation,” Uzodimma said. “It was clear from the sentiments shared that leaders and stakeholders across our party are deeply satisfied with the President’s handling of national affairs.” According to him, the broad consensus among APC members at the summit reflects both the unity within the party and a recognition of President Tinubu’s impactful leadership in advancing national development. Uzodimma also revealed that the Progressive Governors’ Forum has unanimously resolved to adopt President Tinubu as the party’s presidential flag bearer for the 2027 general elections. He also called on all party structures—National, State, and Local Government Area levels—to remain committed to securing continued electoral victories for the APC, underscoring the importance of unity and strategic alignment in the party’s future political endeavors.
