Galatasaray star Victor Osimhen will lead the line for the Super Eagles as they lock horns with the Leopards of DR Congo in the final of the CAF World Cup playoffs this evening.
Eric Chelle has made some big changes to the lineup he employed against Gabon in the last game on Thursday. Against Gabon, he used a 4-2-2-2 setup, but he has now switched to 4-3-3 lineup against DR Congo.
Stanley Nwabali maintains his place in between the sticks for Nigeria. The defence line in front of him is comprised of Semi Ajayi and Calvin Bassey, who pair up at center-back.
Bright Osayi-Samuel has been benched, while Benjamin Fredrick has been moved to right-back. Then, Zaidu Sanusi maintains his position at left-back.

Besiktas midfielder Wilfred Ndidi is the shield in the middle of the park, and he will be supported by Alex Iwobi and Frank Onyeka.
Chelle’s decision to switch to a 4-3-3 formation is understandable, as DR Congo have younger and better midfielders than Gabon. So, Nigeria will need more bodies in the middle of the park.
In attack, Victor Osimhen leads the line for the Super Eagles, as expected. Then, he is flanked by Ademola Lookman on the left, and Samuel Chukwueze on the right.
