Nigerian Exchange Down 0.02% as Trading Activities Wane

By Dipo Olowookere Trading activities on the floor of the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) Limited waned on Friday amid sustained selling pressure triggered by cautious trading. The local bourse fell by 0.02 per cent yesterday on the back of profit-taking, weakening the All-Share Index (ASI) by 16.39 points to 98,152.91 points from the previous day’s 98,169.30 points, and the market capitalisation decreased by N9 billion to N55.512 trillion from N55.521 trillion.
