Maduka Okiye was in goal for Udinese while Chukwubuikem Ikwuemesi played the last 20 minutes for Salernitana as both teams settled for a 1-1 inside the Bluenergy Stadium in Udine.

Down in Serie C, Malik Olalekan Popoola netted the consolation goal for Brindisi as they suffered a 3-1 home loss to Messina.

In the NB I, Bright Edomwonyi fired home a second-half equaliser for Diósgyőr in their 1-1 draw with Puskás.

Japan

Scotland

In the Premiership, Cyriel Dessers failed to sparkle, while Leon Balogun was an unused substitute as Rangers fell to a surprise 2-1 defeat at home to Motherwell.

Tani Oluwaseyi scored his first-ever MLS goal in the 95th minute of Minnesota United’s 1-1 draw at home to Columbus Crew.

Oluwaseyi only recently returned from a successful loan spell at San Antonio, where he registered 18 goals in 27 USC games.
