Nigeria’s technology ecosystem is set for a major transformation with the debut of People, Product & Code (PPC), a trade fair-style event designed to directly connect tech talent, innovative startups and key industry players. The inaugural edition will hold on Saturday, December 13, 2025, in Lagos.
PPC is crafted to address two of the most pressing challenges in Nigeria’s digital economy — the discovery of skilled talent and the visibility of promising new startups. Unlike conventional tech conferences dominated by lengthy speeches and panel sessions, PPC will operate as a vibrant, hands-on marketplace where innovation meets opportunity in real time.
“We didn’t want another event filled with panels and long speeches. This is about creating a marketplace where innovation and opportunity meet — where startups can showcase, talent can shine and businesses can connect in real time,” said Omobolanle Antonia Ayoola, founder and CEO of People Advisor Limited and convener of PPC.
The event targets a diverse audience across the entire tech ecosystem, with over 1,000 expected attendees including developers, designers, entrepreneurs, professionals and students. More than 50 software companies will exhibit their products, while 30 universities and innovation hubs will also be engaged.
PPC’s standout features include; live interviews, product showcases, hackathons and pitch corners.
By combining hiring pipelines, product showcases and investor opportunities, PPC aims to become a launchpad for Nigeria’s next wave of innovation.
Ayoola, an HR professional and tech entrepreneur, is also the founder and CEO of People Advisor Limited, a consulting-as-a-service company providing strategic HR, finance, technology and growth advisory solutions to startups and SMEs across Africa. She said her vision for PPC stems from her professional journey and passion for building equitable systems that bridge the gap between social theory and business practice.
The event is supported by a growing list of partners, including Burge Africa, Xttreme LLC and others.
