Ihuoma Nneji, daughter of ABC Transport Company, has filed a defamation lawsuit against social media critic, Verydarkman, following allegations about her personal and professional life.

The controversy stems from claims made by Verydarkman that Nneji falsely presented herself as an American travel nurse rather than a care worker and further alleged that she is a five-time divorcee.

A court summons, which has surfaced online, reveals that the lawsuit—filed under case number CV/479—also names controversial journalist Kemi Olunloyo as a co-defendant alongside Verydarkman.

As of now, neither Verydarkman nor Olunloyo has publicly responded to the legal action. Meanwhile, social media users have reacted with mixed opinions regarding the lawsuit.

One netizen, Clement Atadoga, cautioned, “She will be wasting her time, and this might affect her father’s business if care is not taken.”

Bernvice Aba mocked Verydarkman’s legal troubles, stating, “Verydarkman lives in court and goes to his house from time to time. Freedom is not his love language.”

Another user, Spinner Winner, warned Nneji about the risks of confronting the controversial critic, writing, “Aunty, don’t start what you can’t finish. If you come for VDM, you’re the victim, and if VDM comes for you, you’re still the victim.”

Supporters of Nneji, however, applauded her decision to take legal action. Blessing Ifeanyi remarked, “She did well. He’s going to learn the hard way. Looking at what VDM accused her of, it doesn’t even make sense.”
