No man can break my heart again – Actress Uju Mandy

Rising Nollywood actress and entrepreneur Uju Mandy has built a strong shield around her heart, vowing never to let any man break it again.

The single mother of one, who hails from Anambra State, says she has learned valuable lessons from her past relationship and is in no rush to walk down the aisle.

“No man can break my heart again because I won’t even allow anyone to do so. I have learned my lessons the hard way from my previous relationship,” she said in a recent interview.

Being a single mother in a society where men often hesitate to commit to women with children could be challenging, but Uju remains unfazed.

“It doesn’t bother me at all because not all men think that way. My boyfriend knows everything about me, and he is fine with it. I am not in a hurry for marriage; I am still very young and have a bright future ahead. I need to make money before settling down,” she stated.

As a curvaceous woman, the Dangerous Maid star actress acknowledges that she faces constant harassment from men who wouldn’t take their eyes off her bosom: “Anytime I step out, I get harassed by toasters. It got to a point where I had to stop wearing skimpy dresses when going out because the trouble that comes with it is unbearable.”

Reflecting on her journey so far in 2025, Uju emphasizes the importance of self-prioritization.

“I have learned a lot, but most importantly, I have learned to always be myself. I no longer live to please anyone because if you knew how people forget the dead, you would stop trying to impress them. Focus on yourself and give yourself the best,” she advised.

For fans wondering why Uju has been scarce on screen, she reveals she is currently on a break from acting.

“Acting is not easy at all, and I needed to put myself together before returning. Right now, I have ventured into some online businesses, and they take up most of my time,” she explains.
