The 50-year-old donned the green and white colours of the Nigerian National team between 1993 and 2002, scoring four goals in 55 competitive games. Some of Oliseh’s teammates include Legendary Rashidi Yekini, Finidi George, Jay Jay Okocha, Daniel Amokachi, and Peter Rufai, who have forever inked their names into Nigerian history. The former Juventus midfielder jumped to the defence of the 1994 squad, revealing no generation of Nigerian has yet to match what the squad achieved. “Well, you can easily rate the teams and players by what they achieved both at the club side and the National team levels.
