Nigeria’s preparations for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) received a timely boost on Sunday as goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali arrived at the Super Eagles’ camp in Cairo, Soccernet.ng reports.

The 2023 AFCON silver medallist became the second player to report for duty.

Nwabali’s arrival comes amid recent reports linking him with injury concerns ahead of the tournament, which makes his presence in camp particularly significant.
