The OnePlus 13 will officially launch on October 31 in China. Considering past launches, OnePlus may adopt a dual-launch strategy. The OnePlus 13 has reportedly made an appearance in the US FCC database. This, however, suggests that OnePlus might just launch its flagship smartphone in China and the US simultaneously.

Neither OnePlus nor the FCC has identified the smartphone by its name. Instead, the FCC database mentions the model number CPH2655. Based on other certifications and listings of the OnePlus 13, this model number belongs to the smartphone.

FCC confirms flagship smartphone with leather and a glass back

At the time of announcing the OnePlus 13, OnePlus indicated the smartphone will be available in three color variants. According to machine translations, these colors could be called Obsidian Black, Dew Morning Light, and Blue Moment.

The FCC listing has confirmed the OnePlus 13 will be available with leather and glass back options. It is not immediately clear which colors will feature either of these back panels.

The OnePlus 13 could be the first smartphone to run Android 15 out of the box. The FCC listing has indicated the device is running OxygenOS 15.0. Announced last week, OxygenOS 15 is based on the latest Android 15 version.

The FCC listing doesn’t confirm the chipset in the OnePlus 13. However, recent reports have suggested the flagship smartphone is packing the new Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship chipset.
