“Only on social media do you encounter people sharing your life story” – Obi Cubana’s wife speaks out amid next of kin saga

Ebele Iyiegbu the wife of billionaire businessman Obi Cubana has spoken out amid the next of kin saga rocking her family.

Kemi Filani reported that Obi Cubana’s adopted son, Chidi had alleged that he is the next of kin to the billionaire.

In what appeared to be a subtle reaction to his post, Cubana, on Instagram, posted his biological son, Alex, declaring him the original next-of-kin.

Now taking to her Instagram page, Lush Eby as she is fondly known on Instagram in a lengthy post, noted how it’s only on social media, one encounter people sharing their life story as if they know them personally.

She said its only on social media, she has learned about her own history form strangers who’ve never even met her. She further noted how it’s only on this app one sees people blaming wives and motehrs because of their own misguided thoughts and evil ideas.

An unbothered Ebele, said she is still soaking in the celebration of her husband’s 50th birthday party. She added that the entire month is dedicated to him.

At his 50th birthday party, Obi Cubana won hearts for publicly disciplining his son over his disrespectful behaviour toward the 2024 Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi. In a viral clip, the businessman’s son was captured sitting while exchanging pleasantries with the former governor, which didn’t sit well with his father, who immediately cautioned him.

Back in 2023, Obi Cubana expressed pride in his son and his accomplishments. Sharing photos and videos from his son’s graduation, Obi praised him for making him proud and noted how the son of an Odogwu will always be an Odogwu.

A year before that, Cubana was in a proud dad mode as his son bagged 10 awards. Sharing photos from the school’s ceremony, Obi Cubana noted how proud he was of his son and revealed that he deserved a super vacation for making him proud.
