The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has expelled the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike.

Those expelled also include ex Governor ayonFayose, Kamaldeen Ajibade, Austin Nwachukwu, among others.

The expulsion was reportedly ratified at the party’s ontroversial convention holding in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

Wike’s expulsion has been viewed as a huge move in the light of his role in the lingering crisis in the party.

Whether the move will engender peace in the party, which is also facing legal hurdles remains to be seen.
