Nigerian music star Davido has spoken about his relationship with one of his aides, Israel DMW.
During a Livestream with Skitmaker, Carter Efe, Davido, while commenting on Skitmaker’s relationship with Kolu, compared it to his own and Israel DMW.
He said that, though many people mock him and Israel, he is one of his best friends and someone he can cry to.
“A lot of people laugh at me and Israel, but he is one of my best friends and someone I can cry to”.
Over the years, Davido and Israel have evolved from an employer-employee relationship to becoming best friends.
Just like many other relationships, Davido and Israel’s relationship has been rocking but the two always find their way back to each other arms.
In August, Davido had sparked rumours of a fallout with Israel after he unfollowed him on Instagram.
Shutting down rumours of bad blood, Israel took to his Instagram page and shared photos of himself in Canada for Davido’s tour. The singer further gushed about his wedding to Chioma, and declared that Miami would be on lockdown for five days.
Davido also proved that all was well between him and Israel as he gifted him a Rolex watch.
Recall that in July, Davido’s management and family had allegedly banned Israel from joining the singer on his Five tour, due to his intolerant behaviours, which had caused embarrassment and distractions.
In May, Israel DMW appreciated Davido for his lifestyle. Taking to his Instagram page to share clips of himself on a private jet en route to Abuja for the weekend, he stated that he was forever grateful to his boss for his life.
Also, the logistics manager, had appreciated Davido over his US visa. He compared America to Heaven, stating that America is 46 minutes from Heaven. Israel also appreciated his trībe, Edo, and Nigerians
When Israel visited France, he had expressed gratitude to Davido as as he revealed that this was his first time visiting the country because of his boss.
Also, when he got a ten-year visa to the UK , he had appreciated Davido for making his dreams come true. He expressed gratitude to his boss for having
a hand in the success of the visa approval and also appreciated the UK embassy.
A day later, he had gotten another Visa approval, this time from Canada. He once again credited Davido for facilitating it as he expressed gratitude.
In 2022, Isreal DMW revealed how Davido played a role in helping him secure a two-year visa to the UK. While expressing his gratitude to him, Israel promised to choose him in his next life. To further prove his love for him, Israel declared him his Lord and Saviour.
