Naijaonpoint reports that the presence of key NWC members at the event signalled strong internal support for Prof. Yilwatda’s leadership as he begins his tenure at the helm of the party’s affairs.

The former university professor and technocrat, who was recently appointed to steer the party’s national leadership, is expected to play a crucial role in strategic planning ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The rally marks his first major public appearance since assuming office, underscoring the optimism among APC supporters and leaders for his tenure.
