The time has come. The Phantasmal Flames set for the Pokémon Trading Card Game has been fully leaked, along with cards sent to outlets by TPCI. As a reminder, Phantasmal Flames is part of the Mega Evolution block and will be released on November 14, 2025. With less than a month to go, the full set list is now out in the wild.Considering the popular reception for Mega Evolution since Gen 6, The Pokémon Company is still pushing it, and it will continue to be a focus in this latest card set. Available to see on Pokébeach, the entire set is now online, thanks to some sleuthing and some official reveals.It also confirms new Mega ex cards on the way.

The entire set list is now available for Phantasmal Flames, and it looks like there will be six Mega EX forms, as well as four Pokémon EX cards, 94 regular cards, 13 illustrated rares, and five special illustrated rares. Mega Diancie and Mega Gengar are the battle decks this time around. As was already confirmed, Phantasmal Flames is basically combining those battle decks and the Inferno X release in Japan. That set had 80 cards and was released on September 26.

Phantasmal Flames will be released on November 14 worldwide, and is standard legal as part of the Mega Evolution series. With Mega Charizard X as the main event, we’re also getting Mega Haracross EX, Mega Lopunny EX, and more.

The Pokémon TCG is still selling like hotcakes, and it seems like that cycle will never truly end: anytime soon, at least. While many folks are still dealing with distribution and supply issues, the cards are still selling, and the Pokémon TCG Pocket experiment seems to be going well so far. Now that the digital edition has finally gotten a share feature, things are looking up on that front.

Of course, as long as Game Freak continues to make mainline and spinoff games, The Pokémon Company will continue to deliver themed sets alongside them. Given the recent set of leaks, we’re covered through at least 2030 on that front. Expect more tie-ins and promos based on upcoming games.

The most interesting leak of all, however, involves a multi-regional game, which would be a huge step up for the series overall. We haven’t had a multi-regional game in ages, and even then, the core focus of the endgame of several generations has dabbled in, but not fully embraced a multi-regional approach throughout the course of the entire game.

For now, we’re squarely in the Mega era of Pokémon Trading Card Game. As this polarizing mechanic continues to rise to prominence, more and more Pokémon are getting redesigned in a whole new way.
