The Nigeria Police Force has declared Emmanuel Chinyere Orji, a 51-year-old lawyer from Imo State, wanted over alleged financial crimes.
In a statement shared via its official X handle, the police said Orji is wanted in connection with fraud, obtaining money under false pretences, conversion of funds, and forgery.
The Force, acting under the authority of the Inspector-General of Police, urged members of the public to assist in locating him.
“If seen, arrest and hand over to the nearest police station or the office of the Commissioner of Police, Special Enquiry Bureau (SEB), Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID), Force Headquarters, Abuja, or call 08130826008 or 08065331225,” the statement read.
