Pooh Shiesty NOT Back Behind Bars After Wild Online Speculation

Pooh Sheisty

Pooh Shiesty is not heading back to prison, despite a surge of rumors that briefly set social media alight. His record label has confirmed that the Memphis rapper remains free and is continuing to serve his sentence under home confinement, exactly as planned.

The speculation gained traction after DJ Akademiks shared an update saying Shiesty’s team had stepped in to clear the air. According to the label, the rapper is still officially assigned to a Dallas halfway house, a technical designation that has been in place since his release. They added that the listing does not signal a return to custody and that “nothing about his status has changed.”

Confusion appears to have stemmed from a livestream featuring Shiesty’s associate Bendadon. During the broadcast, viewers overheard part of a phone call and jumped to conclusions, assuming the rapper had been returned to jail. The label says those assumptions were baseless and quickly spiraled into false claims online.

At present, Pooh Shiesty remains on home confinement and is expected to stay there until April, when his sentence is set to end.

Representatives stated there have been no violations and no interruptions to his release plan. “He’s exactly where he’s supposed to be,” the label said, putting an end to the rumors.
