According to documents obtained by Media Take Out, a Fulton County court just awarded the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 43, “temporary, sole and exclusive possession, use and occupancy” of her and Simon Guobadia’s shared residence. The order included permission for Porsha to have the “unrestricted right to film and produce television, film or social media” content on the premises. The docs also stated that Simon, 60, shall “execute any and all documents necessary to facilitate.” Simon and Porsha have been at odds since the reality star filed for divorce in February after 15 months of marriage. This isn’t Porsha’s first legal win in her divorce. Simon and Porsha signed the prenup prior to their 2022 wedding. The purpose behind the agreement was “to avoid contested and expensive litigation, including the costly and potentially intrusive discovery process” in the event of a divorce. Porsha finessed Simon into signing a document that allowed her sole control of his mansion in teh event of a divorce. Despite being married for less than 2 years, Porsha filed for divorce, and took possession of his mansion. [social_warfare]
