EXCLUSIVE: Porsha Williams Wins BIG In Divorce … But Simon Guobadia REFUSES To Pay A Dime!

Porsha Williams may have won the battle in court, but she’s finding out the hard way that winning a judgment doesn’t mean much when your ex is living thousands of miles away. Media Take Out has exclusively learned that Porsha, who scored a major legal victory in her divorce from Simon Guobadia, still hasn’t seen a penny of what she’s owed — and now she’s suing him again.

Porsha’s Initial Win

Back in the spring, a judge sided with the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, enforcing the couple’s prenup and granting Porsha a major payout. The order included:

  • $40,000 per month in spousal support for 15 months
  • Simon covering all of her legal fees
  • Half the equity in their $8 million Atlanta mansion

On paper, it looked like a sweet victory. But in reality, it’s turned into a financial nightmare.

Simon Ain’t Paying Up

Media Take Out learned that Simon hasn’t paid Porsha a single penny from that court order. In fact, he’s already fallen $80,000 in arrears on the payments he owes.

It gets worse: because Simon has since been deported from the United States and is not allowed to return, the U.S. courts have virtually no power to force him to comply with the judgment.

In other words, Porsha may have a shiny court order, but without Simon in the country, it’s basically useless.

Porsha’s New Demands

Now, Porsha is back in court demanding that Simon be held in contempt for refusing to honor their agreement. Here’s what she’s asking for:

  • Reimbursement for $362,000 she’s already spent covering mortgage payments, property taxes, and upkeep on their mansion.
  • A court order requiring Simon to take out a life insurance policy with her as the beneficiary.
  • For Simon to clear the note on her Rolls Royce, which he’s allegedly stopped paying, leaving her with a car that could be repossessed.
  • Immediate payment of her attorney fees, so the lien on their Atlanta home can be removed.

The Gag: Courts Can’t Touch Him

But here’s the gag … Simon isn’t in the United States anymore, and since he’s barred from re-entry, the courts here can’t do a thing to force his hand. He’s essentially beyond the reach of U.S. enforcement.

That leaves Porsha stuck: she technically “won,” but in practice, she’s left footing massive bills while her ex lives free and clear overseas.

What This Means For Porsha

For fans who’ve been keeping up, this latest twist adds yet another layer of drama to what was already one of the messiest reality star divorces in recent memory. Porsha, who thought she had secured her financial future with the prenup and legal victory, is now learning that Simon’s deportation has made collecting nearly impossible.

Insiders say Porsha is furious and determined to keep pushing until she gets something out of Simon — even if it means dragging the fight out for years.

The Bottom Line

While Porsha Williams may have “won” in the courtroom, Simon Guobadia’s deportation means he doesn’t actually have to pay her a dime unless he decides to. For now, Porsha is carrying the financial load on their Atlanta mansion, their luxury cars, and the mountain of legal fees piling up.

It’s the ultimate lesson in love, marriage, and divorce: sometimes, even winning isn’t really winning.
