An unnamed Premier League player was reportedly questioned by police on his training pitch regarding an allegation of filming consensual sex without permission.

Teammates were surprised as law enforcement arrived at approximately 11 am for a six-hour inquiry. During the investigation, two mobile phones were examined to search for relevant footage.

An insider mentioned, “Initially, many players thought it was a prank when two officers entered the training session. Everyone was in disbelief and trying to understand the situation.”

The player was later released with no charges filed and resumed training the following day. He may participate in his club’s upcoming FA Cup third-round match.

According to a report by a United Kingdom publication, The Sun, the police responded to a complaint from a woman who alleged that the footballer did not respect her wishes during their encounter.

She shared with friends that she felt violated and humiliated after the incident, asserting that she had declined to record their session or engage in any additional activities.

Authorities stated, “A man in his 20s was arrested at an address on suspicion of voyeurism, but it was concluded that no further action would be taken due to insufficient evidence.”

At the time of writing this report, details of the said Premier League player have not been made public.
