An application has been filed by Presco Plc for approval and listing of its N236.7 billion rights issue on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) Limited.
A notice from the bourse disclosed that the application was filed by the company through its stockbrokers, CardinalStone Securities Limited, Dunbell Securities Limited, Meristem Stockbrokers Limited and Stanbic IBTC Stockbrokers Limited.
The firm intends to issue from the exercise a total of 166,666,667 ordinary shares at a unit price of N1,420.
It is for shareholders who had equities of Presco in their portfolios as of the close of business on Monday, October 13, 2025.
The organisation is offering the stocks on the basis of one new ordinary share for every six existing ordinary shares held as of the qualification date.
“Trading license holders are hereby notified that Presco Plc has through its Stockbrokers, CardinalStone Securities Limited, Dunbell Securities Limited, Meristem Stockbrokers Limited and Stanbic IBTC Stockbrokers Limited, submitted an application to Nigerian Exchange Limited for the approval and listing of a rights issue of 166,666,667 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each at N1,420 per share on the basis of one new ordinary share for every six existing ordinary shares held as at the close of business on Monday, October 13, 2025,” the disclosure said.
