The presence of these billboards, the Presidency warned, could affect the fairness of the electoral process and mislead the public. The Presidency also stated that both leaders remain focused on their current responsibilities. Their attention is fully on national development, including improving the economy, investing in infrastructure, boosting social welfare, and securing the country. Supporters and groups responsible for funding and mounting these campaign materials have been asked to stop immediately. The Presidency stressed that when the time is right and INEC allows campaign activities, President Tinubu will personally address the nation on his political plans.Presidency has issued a stern warning to Nigerians over 2027 election.
