Producer Southside says his collaborations with Gunna are over because he’s choosing to side with Young Thug.
Thugger turned his back on Gunna after accusing the “One of Wun” rapper of snitching on him and his YSL crew to escape further jail time or a prison sentence during the YSL trial.
Gunna has always denied snitching, but upon his release, Young Thug has made it clear that he does not trust “rat” Gunna.
“I ain’t making no beats for him,” Southside said when asked about the situation.
“Right is right, wrong is wrong, I’m a street n—a at the end of the day,” he continued.
“Slime been my friend. I made ‘Danny Glover’ for him. That blew him up, that’s been my friend when he ain’t had teeth in his mouth. He was signed with Gucci at first, so that’s been my friend for a long time, so I can never go against what he say, like you know what I’m saying?” Southside went on.
“If he feels some kind of way about it, that’s how he feel. He’s the same way of me. If I feel some kind of way about something with somebody he just ain’t gonna f–k with it, you know what I’m saying? Just cause I feel some kind of way, so I just like I can’t do it.”
