WATCH THE VIDEO HERE Prosecutors now say that Sean “Diddy” Combs sex trafficked at least three women in a newly filed criminal indictment against the disgraced music mogul. In the new filing, prosecutors say Diddy “used force, threats of force, and coercion, to cause victims, including but not limited to three female victims” to engage in commercial sex acts and that he even dangled one of the alleged victims over a balcony. Diddy is also being accused of using psilocyn and methamphetamine in his activitives, adding to a long list of illicit drugs he allegedly used to control his victims. The charges against Diddy have not changed and in May, he will go to trial to fight charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. Diddy’s attorneys deny the charges. “The prosecution’s theory remains flawed. The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs’ former girlfriends were not girlfriends at all but were prostitutes. Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial,” Marc Agnifilo said in a statement.
