“Proud parents” – Ayo Makun brags as daughter vlogs his film premiere

Nollywood actor and comedian Ayodeji Richard Makun, professionally known as Ayo Makun, has expressed pride in his daughter, Michelle Makun, as she vlogs his movie premiere, The Waiter.

Ayo Makun shared a video of his daughter on his Instagram page with a proud caption.

The father of two, who is overwhelmed with joy, revealed that he stumbled on his daughter’s vlog about his movie and how her words relived the memories of the moment he had during the premiere.

He appreciated his daughter for helping to contribute to her school fees.

“Overwhelmed with joy! Just stumbled upon my daughter’s vlog, where she beautifully narrates her experience at my movie premiere. Her words brought back all the amazing moments of that night! Thank you, Michelle, for helping me to contribute to your school fees. #thewaitermovie will be in cinemas nationwide from December 20th”

Kemi Filani recalls that Ayo Makun shared lovely moments from his daughter’s graduation ceremony and the numerous awards she bagged from the event.

He shared a video that captured a beautiful family time between himself and his estranged wife, Mabel Makun. Alongside his wife, they cheered their daughter and wished for more success.

In the same manner, Mabel Makun shared their photos from the event with a caption that shows how they are proud of their daughter’s achievements.

Also, Ayo Makun confirmed the end of his almost 20-year relationship with Mabel Makun.

The famous stand-up comedian expressed regrets for losing his home and admitted doing things that were not good during the marriage.

He, however, warned against projecting the wrong narrative about him and his family, which he found injurious to his teenage daughter.
