In a recent interview with Clipse, Pusha T provided further insight into his ongoing feud with Kanye West.
According to Pusha, he and Kanye have only ever got along when it came to the music.
“I don’t even know if I ever held my tongue. I always spoke to everything. But what you do with that information, in taking advice or perspective from me, that’s what you do. But I don’t regret any of it,” he told The New York Times’ Popcast.
“I mean, we made great music. Outside of music, we’re nothing. Outside of that, his principles, his morals, his mindset — we don’t see eye to eye hardly ever and we never have.”
Recently on social media, Kanye tweeted that he missed his friendship with Push.
Pusha seemingly responded on new single “Ace Trumpets,” rapping, “Sold ecstasy and disappeared, I am Whodini/ Look at them, him and him, still waitin’ on Yeezy/ I hope you got your squeegees/ At your interviews, I just ki-ki.”
It seems, at least in Push’s eyes, that friendshipPush’ser for good.
