Controversial Corps Member,Raye, has shared unusual advice for people chasing big goals before the year ends.
In a new video, she told her followers to stay away from sex for the next four months, arguing that it drains energy and makes people too relaxed to push aggressively towards success.
According to her, sex creates a false sense of comfort, while abstinence builds up tension that can be channelled into ambition and productivity.
She explained that the tension that comes with abstinence can be channeled into productivity, even pointing out that late boxing legend Muhammad Ali reportedly avoided s3xual pleasures before big fights to stay sharp.
Raye added that just like people cut off sugar to lose weight, some pleasures must be sacrificed to achieve results.
“If you feel like you really need to let some steam off, go to the gym. Don’t go lay on no mattress. From now until December, quit any sexual pleasure. Quit it,” she said.
