Ray J is turning up the heat in his legal war with Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner and is accusing the reality TV power players of running what he calls a long-running scheme that crosses into racketeering territory.
In newly filed court documents, Ray J claims Kardashian, 45, and Jenner, 70, teamed up with Vivid Entertainment to mislead the public through what he describes as a bogus defamation lawsuit.
“To me, Kim and Kris have repeatedly engaged in a criminal enterprise and racketeering activity,” Ray J alleged. “They violated RICO over and over again. I have no doubt about that.”
He is now pushing for the judge to throw out their case entirely, arguing that their alleged conduct is far more serious than the accusations made against other high-profile figures.
“Kim’s and Kris’ RICO violations are worse than any RICO violations that Diddy is accused of,” he claimed, adding that their behavior has gone unchecked for years.
Ray J also alleges the famous mother-daughter duo committed credit card fraud, saying they left him and his family with an $850,000 bill.
Kardashian and Jenner originally sued Ray J for defamation in October after he claimed he was cooperating with federal authorities. He responded weeks later with his own lawsuit, insisting they orchestrated the release of their infamous sex tape.
Calling their legal move a “publicity, power, and punishment” tactic, Ray J said he is done staying quiet.
