Nedcomoaks Group and Citadel Estates & Utilities have announced plans to unlock diaspora capital for Africa’s real estate market through the Invest in Africa Summit 2025.

The information was disclosed in a statement on Monday, where the organisers said the second edition of the summit would serve as a platform to connect global capital with wealth-building opportunities in Africa’s booming property sector.

According to the statement, the event will bring together real estate developers, policymakers, mortgage banks, and financial institutions to discuss sustainable housing, financing models, and public-private partnerships.

The event will be held in London on March 15 and Manchester on March 22, 2025.

The Group Managing Director of Nedcomoaks Group and convener of the summit, Dr Kennedy Okonkwo, said the initiative aims to empower the diaspora community to participate in Africa’s economic growth through strategic investments.

“The Invest in Africa Summit is more than just an event; it’s a movement towards economic empowerment and sustainable development,” Okonkwo said.

“By bridging the gap between the diaspora and investment opportunities back home, we are building legacies and reshaping the African investment narrative.”

The summit will feature exclusive networking sessions, panel discussions, and updates on FDI-friendly government policies, with developers unveiling new projects and showcasing investment opportunities.

The Group Deputy Managing Director of Nedcomoaks Group, Ichechi Okonkwo, said the partnership with Citadel Estates & Utilities reflects a shared commitment to channelling international capital into Africa’s real estate market.

The organisers urged the diaspora community and stakeholders to participate in the summit to explore wealth creation and contribute to Africa’s economic transformation.
