Nollywood actress Regina Daniels is currently trending online after her medical report was leaked online.
The medical report, which was shared online, showed that the actress has been battling severe substance abuse involving cocaine, marijuana, alcohol, and other hard drugs.
The report, issued by Serenity Royale Hospital in Abuja, and signed by its Managing Director/Head of Clinical Services, Dr Adekunle Adesina, covers her detoxification programme from September 9 to October 15, 2025. It indicates that Daniels tested positive for multiple psychoactive substances, including marijuana, cocaine, morphine, opiates, and high levels of alcohol.
According to the document, the hospital’s psychological emergency unit was called to the Nwoko’s residence on September 23, when Daniels had reportedly not slept for 48 hours and was visibly aggressive. She was reportedly involved in a heated argument with her husband and mother upon arrival.
The report noted that Daniels presented with verbal aggression, anger, agitation, and incongruent affect, with mood described as elated and evasive. She was diagnosed with substance use disorder, prompting the commencement of home-based detoxification on September 24.
Recall that following accusations of domestic violence abuse from Regina, Ned, in a public statement, had attributed the tension to what he described as her “battle with drugs and alcohol abuse.” According to Nwoko, his efforts to help his wife seek professional treatment were resisted.
In another public statement, he alleged that Regina’s siblings and her Uche Montana, defied his instructions to rehabilitate Regina. He said they would come to the house uninvited, sometimes forcing their way in, and would bring her the same drugs she was being treated for.
While responding to him, Regina pointed out the irony in which Ned wanted her to go to rehab, when in reality, he was the one cheering on her to get high, because it made her sexier, wild and romantic.
