The aide to Delta State Governor, Ossai Ovie Success, has weighed in on Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko’s marital drama.

“Mercy Johnson should stop spreading lies. Regina was not 17 when Ned got married to her.
Ned married Regina Daniels in 2019!!!
Regina Daniels’ date of birth is 10/10/2000, making her 19 years old at the time.
I am disappointed with this age narrative thing.
Honestly, I don’t like what is going on.
No marriage is perfect; we all have our issues in our different marriages.
Let’s stop pushing the narrative that will destroy the love that is still between Reginal and Ned”.
Hours ago, Oma Nnadi, while reacting to Regina’s age claims, told people to stop judging, talking, and blaming her. Oma said that before they judge Regina, they should pluck the sand from their eyes first. Calling them hypocrites, she admonished Regina to shut her ears to all the noise and stay strong.
Similarly, Mary Njoku noted how she was still figuring out her personal hygiene at 17 and pointed out the irony in how people expect Regina to be perfect because she is on camera. The wife of Iroko TV admonished netizens to refrain from digging up people’s pasts to justify their own pain, and urged them to normalise helping when someone cries out for help.
Singer, Jaywon, had called out Regina Daniels’ inner circle. He said the things she has been posting online reflect a lack of maturity and self-awareness. He expressed how unfortunate it is that the people around her are more focused on their own interests than on guiding her with honesty.
Charly Boy questioned why they were bringing their private matter to social media, forming themselves into either a a victim or a saint. The legendary singer admonished them to try and sort things out privately, as there was no point in washing one’s dirty business on social media.
