Aminu Sani Jaji, has dismissed speculations of a feud between him, Senator Abdulaziz Yari, and the Minister of State for Defence, Bello Muhammad Matawalle. Speaking to journalists at his residence in Gusau on Thursday, Jaji refuted claims circulating on social media, insisting that he has no personal grudges against Yari and Matawalle. He reaffirmed that the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara remains a united front, stressing that his 2027 governorship ambition is not threatened by anyone. “I have no personal dispute with Senator Yari or Minister Matawalle, as some have speculated online. My political movement, Jajiyya Amana, is a progressive platform within the APC, focused on strengthening the party, not causing division,” he said. Jaji emphasized the importance of unity among APC members, warning that no political party can thrive without internal cohesion. He condemned the actions of some unpatriotic individuals within the party attempting to sow discord, vowing that any attempt to destabilize the APC in Zamfara would be resisted. “We are the ones who built the APC in Zamfara, and we will not allow anyone to create divisions within the party,” Jaji declared.
