A source close to the player confirmed that several European clubs have already opened talks for a potential deal.

“I can tell you everything is set for Sani to move in the January window. I don’t think he’ll remain at Trenčín until the summer because a lot of clubs want him,” the source told Footy-Africa.

“The Chelsea interest is genuine, but they’re not alone. Tottenham Hotspur also made inquiries before Chelsea came in.”

The teenager is expected to decide on his next move before the end of the January window. Although Soccernet.ng previously revealed his preference to move to England.
