The transfer market closes in four days, so Valencia are in a race against time to sign Sadiq Umar…
Spanish La Liga club Valencia will make their final offer to Real Sociedad for Super Eagles striker Sadiq Umar as they look to close the deal before the transfer window closes, Soccernet.ng reports.
Sadiq’s future has been in the air since he left Valencia at the end of last season.
Recall that he spent the second half of last season on loan at Valencia due to his lack of game time at Real Sociedad.
But despite a decent return of six goals in 19 appearances, they decided not to sign the Super Eagles star permanently.
However, even with his decent showing at Valencia, Real Sociedad have made it clear to Sadiq that he is not wanted at the club.
This summer, the 28-year-old striker has been linked to other La Liga clubs like Girona, Rayo Vallecano, Elche and Alaves, but none of them put in a bid.

Meanwhile after letting Sadiq leave last summer, Valencia are now back for him. They have been negotiating a deal with Valencia for the Super Eagles star in recent weeks, but it has not worked out.
Real Sociedad want a permanent sale, but Valencia can only afford a loan for now. But with the transfer market closing in four days, Real Sociedad will likely budge.
In a new development by Eldersmarque, Valencia are set to launch their last bid for Sadiq. Los Ches will reportedly offer Real Sociedad €1 million for a loan.

Once the offer is made, Real Sociedad have to respond by Monday, as the deal has to be closed before the transfer deadline.
Sadiq wants to play for Valencia again, and he will be hoping that Real Sociedad accept the offer so he can move to the Mestalla.
