Resident Evil Requiem preorders are now available across all platform storefronts. The ninth mainline entry in the Resident Evil franchise launches on February 27, 2026, but fans can lock in their copy of the game right through the Resident Evil website or on their platform of choice.
Early purchasers get a special reward for preordering their copy: an exclusive preorder outfit for Grace Ashcroft, the protagonist of the upcoming game. Players also have their choice between the Standard Edition and the epic Deluxe Edition of the game, which includes several additional rewards.
Resident Evil Requiem Standard And Deluxe Edition Rewards Revealed

Includes Costumes, Weapon Skins, And More

The Standard Edition of Resident Evil Requiem only includes the game. However, if you preorder the game before it’s out, you also receive an exclusive Apocalypse costume for Grace. This replaces her red leather jacket with a more rugged outfit for survival, complete with fingerless gloves, bandanna, cross-body bag, and dirt on the face and arms.
The Deluxe Edition also includes the game and Apocalypse costume, along with several other goodies. Purchasing the Deluxe Edition rewards fans with a Deluxe Kit containing the following items:
- Five costumes, including a Dimitrescu outfit for Grace
- Four weapon skins, including the Apocalypse skin for Grace’s S&S M232
- Two screen filters, including the cool-toned Apocalypse
- Two charms, including a Mr. Raccoon charm
- An audio pack of Raccoon City Classic
- A collection of in-game files of Letters from 1998
According to an accidental leak on the Portuguese PlayStation Store listing for the Deluxe Edition, the reward costumes may also include a special surprise: an outfit for Leon Kennedy, suggesting that the Raccoon City regular may show up in the game after all, as fans have been speculating.

The Standard and Deluxe Editions available to pre-purchase in storefronts only include a digital copy of the game. Fans who prefer to own the physical disc are in luck, though, as preoders for physical copies have also started to appear online.
Retailers like GameSpot and Amazon have the physical game available to pre-purchase right now. In addition to the Apocalypse costume, some of these editions even have their own preorder bonuses—like a double-sided poster that comes with the Amazon version.
Fans can also now get their hands on special edition Resident Evil Requiem controllers for the Nintendo Switch 2. Whether you’re getting the game-only digital edition or pairing the Deluxe bundle with a cool new controller, now’s the time to start anticipating the game’s launch next February.
