WATCH THE VIDEO HERE Real Housewives of Potomac star Ashley Darby has finalized her divorce from her ex, Michael Darby, after finally filing for divorce in November. The Darbys will share custody, and even though Ashley signed a prenup, their settlement, which has not been disclosed, was described as being “amicable and fair” by Michael. The couple first parted ways in April 2022 after nearly eight years of marriage. They said “I do” back in May 2014. Michael has not appeared on several seasons of the show after getting in hot water after being accused of assaulting a production team member. The producer said that after Michael gave him a flirtatious look, her “grabbed and groped” his butt. Michael denied the allegations at the time. He was cleared of felony assault and misdemeanor improper sexual contact after a Montgomery County court dismissed the charges due to insufficient evidence. “This was a serious situation where an employee of the production company tried to take advantage of my wife and I by making up a story to try to profit from it,” he said in a statement. “The fact that the production company appears to endorse his actions by splicing together disconnected and unrelated events in order to also profit is really scary for people in my position.”
