WATCH THE VIDEO HERE The Chief Judge of Rivers State, Justice Simeon Chibuzor-Amadi, has announced that judges of the State High Court will observe an Easter break from Monday, April 14, 2025, to Tuesday, April 29, 2025. The decision, the judge said follows the provisions of Order 49, Rule 4B of the High Court Civil Procedure Rules 2023. In an official statement, the Chief Registrar of the Rivers State High Court, David Dahua-Maduenyi, confirmed that despite the break, a designated judge will be available to attend to urgent applications and matters during the period. The statement further clarified that regular court sessions will resume fully on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
