The Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC) has declared results of councillorship elections in 319 wards in the State.
Chairman of the Commission, Justice Adolphus Enebeli, made the declaration in Port Harcourt on Sunday.
A breakdown shows that Action Peoples Party(APP) won in 314 wards, All Progressives Congress(APC), BOOT, Labour Party, Social Democratic Party, and Young Peoples Party won one Councillorship seat each.
