A source close to Reynolds says he was “angry and stern” and “impassioned” that he never yelled at the It Ends With Us actor. In the $250 million lawsuit, Baldoni claims “Reynolds launched into a tirade, berating Baldoni in what Baldoni later described as a ‘traumatic’ encounter, stating he had ‘never been spoken to like that in his life.’” He says Reynolds “demanded” an apology for his wife, Blake Lively, after the actress told him that he was “fat-shaming” her. He says Reynolds became even angrier when Baldoni refused to apologize. After Baldoni’s lawsuit, Lively’s legal team responded. “As alleged in Ms. Lively’s federal Complaint, Wayfarer and its associates have violated federal and California state law by retaliating against her for reporting sexual harassment and workplace safety concerns.
