A group of Concerned ADC members in Kaduna State has called for the intervention of the national leadership over what it called “complete lack of unity, progress, and the survival of the party in the state”.

Briefing newsmen in Kaduna on Saturday, Adamu Ahmed Dattijo, leader of the group said, recent developments have compelled his group us to speak with one voice and to alert the national leadership of the party and the general public about the activities of certain individuals who, instead of strengthening the ADC, are bent on dividing and weakening it ahead of the 2027 general elections.

He noted, ”The actions of the individuals are threatening the stability of our party in Kaduna State, and if not checked immediately, they will sabotage the collective project of building a united ADC that can win elections and bring
real change to our people.”

He alleged that El-Rufai’ is running a one-man show instead of promoting collective leadership and coalition building.

He also claimed that the former governor has refused to recognize or acknowledge the duly elected Kaduna State ADC executive committee and other respected stakeholders of the party, stressing that he takes decisions without consultation

“This is not only disrespectful, but it is also destructive. A political party is built on inclusion, consultation, and loyalty to its structures, not on the whims of one individual or a few allies,” he said.

He urgently called on the leadership of ADC to intervene without delay.
