Selling Sunset Star Chelsea Lazkani Reveals the Meal That Helped Her Gain 30 Pounds
Chelsea Lazkani is done letting the internet rewrite her body story.
The Selling Sunset star, 32, just pulled back the curtain on her dramatic body transformation, and she did it in the most Chelsea way possible by sharing food.
“Eat Ya Oats” The Recipe That Changed Everything
On Wednesday, Dec. 10, Chelsea posted a TikTok revealing the exact oatmeal recipe she says helped her gain 30 pounds in just six months.
“The oatmeal that helped me gain 30 lbs. in six months,” she told fans in the clip.
Her bowl was anything but basic. Chelsea’s oats included raisins, nuts, sugar, a cinnamon stick, shredded coconut, milk, water and yes, an entire stick of butter.
She captioned ..., “How I gained weight? EAT YA OATS! This twice a day on top of ur regular diet.”
In other words, this was intentional, consistent, and unapologetic.
Chelsea also made it clear that the weight gain was not just physical, it was emotional and mental too.
In a since-deleted post on X, she addressed people who said they preferred her old, slimmer look.
“That was an unhappy, unhealthy person,” Chelsea wrote, referring to her previous weight. She said she did not even realize how bad things were until she was out of that space.
She added that comments begging for “skinny Chelsea” would not push her back into a version of herself she no longer recognizes or wants.

No Surgery, No Face Work, Just Weight Gain
Earlier this year, Chelsea also shut down speculation that she had altered her face.
“I never touched my face,” she said in response to online chatter. She explained that gaining weight, cutting back on heavy makeup, lashes and contour completely changed how her face looks.
“If you don’t like my natural face, just say that,” she wrote bluntly.
She later added that she had always had almond eyes, a small nose and full lips, but back then she was nearly 40 pounds lighter and looked malnourished.
Choosing Health Over Internet Opinions
Chelsea has been very clear that this journey was about reclaiming her health, not fitting into someone else’s beauty standard.
“I was 100lb looking malnourished before,” she said. “An extra 40lb does A LOT.”
And in case anyone missed the point, she made it crystal clear with one final line that fans are now reposting everywhere.
“God forbid a girl decides she no longer wants to look like a twig.”
