Senator Ned Nwoko has insisted that Regina Daniels’ must go for a rehabilitation to address drug concerns.
NaijaOnPoint Nigeria reports that Delta North Senator Ned Nwoko has revealed that his wife, actress Regina Daniels, should undergo rehabilitation to tackle drug abuse and protect her overall well-being.
In an interview with journalists on Sunday, the lawmaker stressed that his primary concern is having Daniels alive and healthy to care for their two young children.
Nwoko explained that the decision follows a series of alarming toxicology reports showing high levels of harmful substances in Daniels’ system. He noted that her once calm demeanor has reportedly shifted in recent months, with episodes of violent and destructive behavior and recurring health challenges.
“I want her alive and healthy, not just for me, but for our children. We have two young kids together, and they cannot fight for themselves, so I’m going to fight for them by safeguarding their mother,” Nwoko said.
The senator further warned of the risks of drug abuse, saying:
“Many people have died of drug overdose, and if anything happens to her now, what will I tell her children tomorrow?”
Nwoko’s statement underscores his determination to prioritize Daniels’ health and mental well-being while ensuring a stable environment for their children.
