She called me to apologize for one hour but couldnt say it publicly Angela Okorie slams Iyabo Ojo fa

Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has addressed fans of her colleague, Iyabo Ojo, for dragging her over her shading posts.

Kemi Filani reported that Angela had raised eyebrows as she threw shots at an unnamed colleague over Naira Marley.

Fans of Iyabo assumed she was talking about her and took to Angela’s Instagram comment section to drag her.

Responding to them, in an Instagram story, Angela told Iyabo’s fans to stop pushing wrong narratives as she made it known that she wasn’t referring to Iyabo.

She explained that she was talking about another colleague who asked her for Naira’s number. She claimed the colleague called her for over an hour to apologise, but couldn’t say it publicly. The controversial actress said that if one can apologise in private and can’t do so publicly, it is a fake apology.

“If you can apologise at the back and can’t do it publicly, then it’s a fake apology.

Stop pushing wrong narratives. I wasn’t talking to Aunty Iyabo.

I was talking about who was dragging me for Naira’s number. She called me behind to apologise to me for over one hour, but couldn’t say it publicly. “

In another post, Angela told Iyabo’s fans to be sure of who she is talking to before starting unnecessary fights.

“Be sure of who I am talking to before starting unnecessary fights. Ndiala ndiala”.

Despite his fall from grace, singer Naira Marley still has support from some of his celebrity friends, one of whom is Angela Okorie.

Last week, Angela described Naira Marley as a sweet soul and recalled how he surprised her during her birthday celebration some years ago. Angela stated that Naira Marley encouraged her, leading them to work on a song together.

In 2023, Angela hailed Iyabo Ojo and Tonto Dikeh for their fight for justice for the late Mohbad. Okorie said a word of prayer for them as she hailed them as superwomen.

Her post raised eyebrows as she had engaged in a social media spat with Tonto over the singer.

In a past post, Angela slammed Tonto for chasing clout with Mohbad’s death. Tonto, had publicly called out Angela, who is a close friend of Marley requesting his number.

Angela, who wasn’t pleased with Tonto’s behavior, especially since they had a phone conversation, slammed the movie star for not reaching out to her privately.

As expected, Tonto fired back at her, and the two friends publicly traded words. She warned Angela never to talk to her again until she publicly apologizes.
