Priscilla Ojo is appreciating her actress mother, Iyabo Ojo, for her support throughout her pregnancy.

It is no longer news that the Nigerian influencer who married earlier this year is expecting her first child.

On her Snapchat page, Priscilla shared a video of Iyabo in the kitchen turning swallow for her as she hailed her mother. She noted how her mum left her business, work and life in Lagos to care for her and her unborn child.

She said she doesn’t need to think about what to eat because Iyabo is already making her something in the kitchen. Hailing her, she crowned her mother the best grandma in the world.

“She left her business, work and life in Lagos just to take care of her baby, who is expecting a baby soon. I don’t even get to think about what I want to eat because she’s already in the kitchen making me something. The best grandma award definitely goes to Queen Mother”.

A few days back, Iyabo showered prayers on Priscilla and Juma Jux as they prepared for parenthood. She declared that the Lord would go ahead and perfect everything. Iyabo expressed gratitude to God and stated that she was mindful of his goodness.

Kemi Filani reported on July 24th that Priscilla and Juma announced in a joint Instagram post that they were expecting their first child. They shared photos from their maternity shoot, in which Priscilla’s bump could be visibly seen.

On Sunday, July 27th, a baby shower was thrown for the soon-to-be mother in Canada, where is she set to give birth. On her Snapchat page, Priscilla shared clips from the baby shower her mother, Iyabo, Lola Alao, and her friends threw for her.

During Priscilla’s baby shower, Iyabo rained on her, declaring that her marriage would work even though hers didn’t. Iyabo said she had paid the price for Priscilla to have a happy and long-lasting home.

While giving a speech at Priscilla’s baby shower, Iyabo revealed she didn’t want a baby shower for her daughter because she wanted to avoid social media brouhaha; however, she changed her mind because she believes God’s blessing shouldn’t be hidden.

Last month, Iyabo had revealed her plans for Priscilla’s child’s naming ceremony. In a video posted on her Instagram page, Iyabo revealed that after Omugo (taking care of her newborn), she would host a grand naming ceremony in Lagos.
