“She stood by me when I was a nobody and kept my father’s name on her passport” – Portable slams babymama, Ashabi, and others as he explains reason for taking first wife, Bewaji with him to London

Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, is back at it again with his unending fights with his partners.

The street singer, in a now-deleted post on his Instagram story, explained why he always treats his wife, Bewaji, better than the other women in his life. The singer made this explanation while responding to those querying him for taking his first wife, Bewaji to London.

Portable noted how Bewaji stood by him when he had nothing. He questioned why he would forget her now that he has money as he further noted how the only reason why ladies are chasing after him currently is because he has money.

He also noted how Bewaji removed her father’s name and took him to prove her loyalty and love for him.

“To those people wey dey talk shit under my comment section say why be say na my first wife I wan carry go London. Una no, see my papa’s name on her name?

Na man I be, man of myself.
Anyhow I be man of myself, anyhow he be,
I no fit forget woman wey put my papa name on her passport.
She’s my tomorrow. If any woman wants to follow me to London, you need to be among my tomorrow.
My papa name go dey inside your international passport. I go by the name, Okikiola Habeeb Badmus.

The controversial singer went on to share his chats with his fourth baby mama, Ashabi, who had responded to a fan who informed her that the singer was taking his wife to London and Ashabi had responded, noting how she is number 5, hence isn’t bothered.

Her statement didn’t sit well with Portable, who slammed her for competing with his wife and causing trouble for them. He noted how women are enemies of themselves as he further noted how his wife doesn’t disturb anyone of them.

“So because money don dey now, I don blow, all women dey run follow me, now make I forget only girl wey believe in me when nobody. I respect my tomorrow.
Forget the fun”.

It is surprising to see Portable picking another fight with Ashabi as just a few days back; he comforted Odunlade Adekola over a statement he made to his partner. He noted how everyone loves to tag him as a troublesome person when he is loyal and doesn’t joke about his family.

The relationship between Portable and Ashabi has been tumultuous over the past two years, since they went public with their love amid the singer’s marriage, however, the lovebirds continue to settle their fights and stick together.

To mark the New Year, Ashabi appreciated the singer for being part of her year again and for his care. Calling him her blessing in disguise, she expressed her love for him as she stated that though they fight, they would always fix things and stay together.
