In one of the most unusual family court cases in recent memory, a hotel cleaner from Las Vegas successfully secured child support after impregnating herself using sperm retrieved from a used condom belonging to a wealthy tech millionaire.
Jane, now 40, was 36 years old at the time of the incident. While cleaning the businessman’s hotel room, she discovered a discarded condom in the recycling bin. Acting on a deep desire to have a child and to secure financial stability for her future, she used the sperm to impregnate herself.
