According to our reporter, nearly three months after 25-year-old Comfort Uwakwe vanished following a visit to her boyfriend in Epe, her family remains trapped in uncertainty.
Comfort’s distress call on October 25, claiming she was locked in a room and in danger, was her last known contact. Despite an alleged confession by the boyfriend and discovery of a severed leg near the scene, her family rejects the ‘accident’ story, demanding answers.

The Owalla Town Development Union calls for urgent transparency, questioning gaps in the investigation, hotel staff testimonies, and possible foul play. The family urges anyone with information to come forward as hope and fear linger. Watch full report
