Sight of money turns me on – Actress Ebun Hodo

Ebun Hodo is one name in Nollywood that stands out for her boldness and unapologetic personality.

The Cross River State-born actress who is not afraid to speak her truth in a recent interview, revealed why she’s still single, despite her beauty and curvy figure.

“If it’s admirers, I have thousands of them. I’m just taking time and praying for God to guide me through it. For now, I am single by choice,” she stated.

Ebun is a woman who knows her worth and will not compromise on her values. She has turned down suitors in the past, citing dishonesty, selfishness, and even domestic abuse as deal-breakers. “I ran away for my life,” she added.

The Hodees Fashion CEO also made her stance known on money in relationships. In her view, financial stability is crucial, even more so than love. “Let’s be sincere, is it love you’ll use to take care of your kids and family?” she asks. “I love money, and if my love for money will make you find me unattractive, then go away from me. The sight of money turns me on.”

While Ebun’s career in Nollywood continues to rise, she has taken time to focus on her fashion brand, as she strategizes her next steps in the entertainment industry. According to her, true wealth for actors comes when they produce their own movies. “For you to be a rich actor or actress, you need to be behind the camera, meaning producing your own movies to get that bulk money. Aside from that, it’s prostitution that give them money. I said what I said. That’s why I  took a break to focus on my fashion brand and take it more seriously,” she said.
