WATCH THE VIDEO HERE Former Disney star Skai Jackson has reportedly filed a restraining order against her baby’s father, Deondre Burgin, over an incident she says occurred on Mother’s Day. According to the filing, Jackson says she was holding their young son when Burgin grabbed her by the hair before slamming her head against a car window. She says he also punched her in the face. Jackson has come forward with serious allegations against Burgin, claiming he repeatedly assaulted her during their relationship. According to court documents, the actress says she was choked, scratched, and had her head slammed into a wall. She also alleges that he destroyed her personal property, including a television and an iPhone. One of the most disturbing accusations involves Burgin allegedly forcing his way into a bathroom, choking Jackson, and holding her at knifepoint. She also claims he once ordered her to drink bleach while pregnant in an attempt to cause a miscarriage. TMZ reports that Burgin was arrested in Kentucky last month on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of Ohio. At the time of their son’s birth in January, he was reportedly serving a 90-day sentence for violating parole. Jackson is now seeking a restraining order, asking the court to require Burgin to stay at least 100 yards away from her, their child, and her dog. She’s also requesting that he complete a domestic violence treatment program, pay child support, and cover her legal fees.
