Sophia Momodu, the first baby mama of music star Davido, has taken a dig at him as she replies to a fan.
On Snapchat, a fan of the influencer had noted the striking resemblance between the singer and their daughter, Imade.
“Looks like Davido”.
While responding to the fan, Sophia blurred Davido’s name as she commented, “K”.
Another fan who wasn’t pleased with her blurring the singer’s name slammed her for being childish.
“But she actually looks like her father. This is so immature of you. If you really wanted to blur the name, you could have done it completely, or you couldn’t have posted it at all. I’m a big fan of you, but this doesn’t make sense”.
Sophia responded, “Yimu! Little Ms. mature. Ode ni eh. Your sense of humor is clearly under that closure on your forehead. If you like to be a big AC, if you send me this message again, I’ll block your papa.”
Kemi Filani reported last month that Davido and Sophia had reunited for the first time in two years to celebrate Imade’s 10th birthday. Davido had shown up for the party with his family members and 30BG. In one of the clips from the event, Sophia and Davido were captured posing with Imade and her birthday cake.
Last year, Davido and Sophia were embroiled in a bitter custody battle. Davido filed a lawsuit, demanding joint custody of Imade as he claimed Sophia was denying him access to her and was extorting money from him, which she denied. A week later, she had opposed his joint custody battle, citing the death of his son, among others, as reasons the singer is unfit to raise their daughter on his own.
Recall that things turned sour between Davido and Sophia after the singer publicly declared love for his now wife, Chioma Rowland, and reunited with her. This left Sophia infuriated, and she shared a post about a cat not taking rubbish from a dog. She later went on an extensive rant, accusing him of financially abusing her.
